Corporate & Tax-Exempt Clients
Welcome to our dedicated page for Corporate and Tax-Exempt Clients. We value our partnerships with businesses and organizations, and we want to ensure that all tax-exempt companies are properly documented to benefit from their status.
Tax-Exempt Documentation Requirements
To establish and maintain your tax-exempt status on file, your company must provide a copy of its valid tax-exempt license or certificate. This allows us to process your orders without applying sales tax.

Important Change in Procedure:

-
Your Tax Exempt Identification Number (from your license) will be printed on all receipts and rental contracts to validate the tax-exempt transaction.
-
A copy of the full license document itself will not be attached to each receipt or contract.

Important Reminder:

-
You must provide a copy of your current tax-exempt license to our office to have your status recorded in our system.
-
Once verified, your Tax Exempt ID number will be included on all subsequent receipts and contracts.
-
Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in your company being classified as a non-business client, and standard taxes will be applied to your orders.
