I can attest to Pete's character. My sedan got stuck in a snowdrift on a remote Wyoming road. Fortunately Pete and his passenger came along and immediately offered to help. They winched the car out of the drift and even loaned me a strap which I needed. Great people.
Pete is a great person to rent from. He works with the customer on pick up times and drop off times. Not to mention he's just a great guy to talk to. He even let me borrow his ATV book of maps. That's the way you get people coming back and referring other people to him.

1. IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
YES. A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE RENTAL ON ALL MACHINES. THIS DEPOSIT MUST BE PUT ON A REGULAR CREDIT CARD. IT CANNOT BE PUT ON A DEBIT OR CHECK CARD. THE PERSON WHO IS USING THEIR CARD FOR THE DEPOSIT MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE MACHINES; OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT SEND THE MACHINE OUT.
2. HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO RENT A MACHINE?
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
3. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE A RENTAL?
WE HAVE NO SPECIFIC TIME IN ADVANCE FOR RESERVATIONS. MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS RESERVE THEIR MACHINES AS MUCH AS ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE. WE RECOMMEND MAKING YOUR RESERVATION AS SOON AS YOU KNOW WHEN YOU MAY BE GOING. THERE IS NO COST FOR RESERVATIONS; EXCEPT WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE CANCELLED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE RESERVATION.
4. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
WE HAVE A ONE WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN ONE WEEK OF YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION, YOU
WILL NOT BE CHARGED. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION PRIOR TO ONE WEEK OF YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION PRIOR TO ONE WEEK OF YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
HOWEVER, IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SCHEDULED RESERVATION, YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL RENTAL.
WE OFTEN TELL OTHER CUSTOMERS WE ARE BOOKED BASED OFF OUR RESERVATIONS. IF THOSE CUSTOMERS RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE WE ARE BOOKED AND THEN THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED WITHIN THAT WEEK, WE LOSE BUSINESS.
WE REALIZE THERE ARE EMERGENCY SITUATIONS FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RENT THE MACHINES OUT THAT YOU MAY HAVE RESERVED AND NEED TO CANCEL. IN SUCH CASES; WHERE THE MACHINE CAN STILL BE RENTED, WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU. THIS IS WHY WE KEEP A CALL LIST.
5. DO YOU KEEP AN ACTIVE CALL LIST?
YES. IF WE ARE BOOKED OUT, WE WILL ADD YOUR NAME TO A CALL LIST IN CASE SOMEBODY CANCELS. SOMETIMES PEOPLE CANCEL THE DAY OF OR THE DAY BEFORE.
YOUR NAME WILL BE PLACED ON THE LIST IN THE ORDER THAT IT WAS RECEIVED. YOU MAY HAVE A SHORT NOTICE TO RENT IF YOU’RE FIRST ON THE LIST.
WE RECOMMEND YOU CALL US FREQUENTLY IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. MANY TIMES PEOPLE ON OUR CALL LIST HAVE FOUND RENTALS OR DECIDED NOT TO RENT.
CALLING OFTEN WILL ALLOW YOU TO KNOW IF YOUR NAME IS MOVED UP THE LIST.
6. CAN WE RIDE THE TRAILS FROM YOUR LOCATION?
NO. OUR MACHINE RENTALS ARE PICK UP ONLY. YOU CAN TAKE THEM ANYWHERE! WE DO OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES AT A COST.
IF YOU ARE FLYING IN FROM OUT OF STATE OR DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE TO TOW, WE RECOMMEND YOU RENT A VEHICLE WITH TOWING CAPACITY. THIS IS CHEAPER THAN WHAT WE WILL CHARGE FOR A DELIVERY.
OUR DELIVERY FEES ARE CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN OUR COMPETITORS.
7. HOW LONG ARE THE RENTALS FOR?
OUR RENTALS ARE FOR 24 HOURS. MOST PEOPLE RENT FOR ONE DAY OR THE TWO DAY WEEKEND. WE DO OFFER MULTI-DAY DISCOUNTS ON ALL OUR MACHINES AND ALSO HAVE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES.
8. WHERE CAN WE TAKE THE MACHINES?
YOU CAN TAKE OUR MACHINES ANYWHERE! MANY PEOPLE TRAVEL TO OTHER STATES OR LONGER DISTANCES.
KEEP IN MIND THAT WE CHARGE FOR TIME OUT; THIS INCLUDES TRAVEL TIME. CONSIDER YOUR TRAVEL TIME WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION.
9. DO YOU OFFER GUIDED TOURS?
YES. HOWEVER, MOST OF OUR RENTALS ARE NON-GUIDED; MEANING YOU TAKE THEM WHERE YOU WANT. THERE IS A FEE FOR GUIDED SERVICES.
10. CAN WE DROP IN FOR A RENTAL ANY TIME DURING BUSINESS HOURS?
